$1,000 For You Eaglewood Rewards $1,000 For Them

The Referrer

  1. You have been issued a unique referral card that has been registered to your name. This card is non-transferrable and can only be redeemed by you and the person to whom you gift the card.
  2. If you have purchased an Eaglewood home in the past and would like to request a referral card, please contact our office at 208.855.0502.
  3. This card must be given to the referred before their first contact with Eaglewood Homes.
  4. You will receive your check for $1,000 USD only after the referred client has signed and closed on their new Eaglewood home.

The Referred

  1. In order to participate, you must receive a registered referral card from a qualifying Eaglewood homeowner.
  2. Your card must be presented on the first contact with Eaglewood Homes. If an offer is submitted through a real estate agent a copy of the card must be submitted with the purchase and sale agreement. There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule.
  3. Any person who already plans to or is in the process of buying or building an Eaglewood home is ineligible to act as the referred party in this program, but may participate as the referrer.
  4. After signing a build/purchase contract with Eaglewood Homes, you may receive $1,000 total in:
    1. Upgrades
    2. Appliances
    3. Closing Costs
    4. Purchase Price Discount

Eaglewood Homes, Inc. reserves the right to change or cancel any portion of this program at any time.

  1. Realtor incentives are available only to licensed buyer's agents whose clients sign and close on new Eaglewood homes.
  2. Offer does not apply to agents who are listing Eaglewood homes.
  3. Payouts will be made in addition to the agreed upon commissions after the client has signed and closed on their new Eaglewood home.
  4. This offer cannot be combined with any other realtor incentive program or offering.

*Only valid on build/sale contracts that are signed less than one calendar year from the date of the first contract.

Example: First contract signed March 20th, home closed on July 15th. Any contracts signed before March 20th of the next year are eligible for the incentive program.
